Welcome to Omnir

What Omnir does for your team, and how this guide is organized.

Omnir is your company’s central place for every customer relationship: from the first contact, through sales and support, to delivery and billing.

This guide is for everyday users — salespeople, support agents, marketers and project managers — who want to get work done without learning anything technical.

How this guide is organized

Each chapter covers one area of Omnir. Read it end to end, or jump straight to the chapter you need. Most chapters explain where to find the feature, what you will see and how to use it step by step, with tips along the way.

Tip:You don’t need to master everything at once. Start with Contacts, Leads and the Calendar: those three cover most daily work.
Note:Which modules you see depends on your workspace and your role. If a chapter describes something you can’t find, ask your administrator.
