Omnir handles the paperwork of a sale: a quote (your offer), a sales order (the confirmed purchase) and an invoice (the request for payment). They are linked to each other and to the opportunity.
How it flows
| Document | What it is | Next step |
|---|---|---|
| Opportunity | The deal you are working | Create a quote when you are ready to propose. |
| Quote | Your formal price offer | When accepted, create a sales order. |
| Sales order | The confirmed purchase | Deliver, then create the invoice. |
| Invoice | Your request for payment | Track it until it is paid. |

- 4Click Save, then email it to the customer with More ▸ Send Email with PDF.
Following payment
Use the invoice’s status to follow it, for example from sent to paid. Your administrator sets the values in every dropdown, so the options in your workspace may differ from the examples below.
Tip:Run an “outstanding invoices” report every week: it lists unpaid invoices and their due dates so nothing slips.
