Acceptable Use Policy
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") describes conduct that is prohibited on the Omnir platform. It applies to you and to everyone using the Service through your account. We may update this policy to address new risks as the platform evolves.
Template notice: this document is structural placeholder wording provided with the site build. It is not legal advice. Have it reviewed by qualified counsel and adapted to your jurisdiction before relying on it.
1.Prohibited content
You may not store or transmit material that is unlawful, infringes another party’s intellectual property rights, is defamatory, or depicts the exploitation of minors. You may not upload material you do not have the right to hold, including personal data collected without a lawful basis.
2.Unsolicited messaging
You may not use the Service to send unsolicited bulk email, messages to purchased or scraped contact lists, or communications that breach applicable anti-spam or telemarketing law. Every marketing message sent through the Service must identify the sender and offer a working means of opting out, and you must honour opt-outs promptly.
3.Security violations
You may not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service, other accounts, or the systems and networks supporting them. This includes probing or scanning for vulnerabilities without written authorisation, circumventing authentication or rate limits, or intercepting data not intended for you. Good-faith security research reported through our disclosure process is welcome and exempt.
4.Interference and resource abuse
You may not take action that degrades or disrupts the Service for others, including deliberate overloading, denial-of-service activity, distributing malware, or automated use that materially exceeds normal patterns. API use must stay within published rate limits.
5.Account and seat integrity
Each seat is for one named individual. Credentials must not be shared between people, and you may not create accounts by automated means or misrepresent your identity or affiliation.
6.Enforcement
We may investigate suspected violations and may remove content, restrict features, or suspend or terminate access. Where the risk allows, we will contact you first and give an opportunity to remedy the issue. Where there is an immediate threat to the platform, other customers, or the public, we may act without prior notice.
7.Reporting a violation
To report abuse or a suspected violation of this policy, contact our support team. Suspected security vulnerabilities should be reported through the process described on our Security page.
