Privacy Policy
This policy explains what Omnir collects, why, and what you can ask us to do about it. It covers the Omnir website and the Omnir application. Where we process personal data on a customer’s behalf inside the Service, the Data Processing Agreement governs that processing.
Template notice: this document is structural placeholder wording provided with the site build. It is not legal advice. Have it reviewed by qualified counsel and adapted to your jurisdiction before relying on it.
1.Information we collect
Account information you provide — name, work email, company and billing details. Customer Data you put into the Service, such as your contacts and the conversations attached to them. Technical data collected automatically, including IP address, browser type, device information and pages visited.
2.How we use it
To provide and maintain the Service, process payments, respond to support requests, send service notices, detect and prevent abuse, and improve the product. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use Customer Data to train machine learning models.
3.Legal bases for processing
Where data protection law requires a legal basis, we rely on performance of a contract to provide the Service, legitimate interests to secure and improve it, consent where we ask for it, and compliance with legal obligations where they apply.
4.Customer Data and your role
Where you store personal information about your own clients in Omnir, you are the controller and we act as processor on your instructions. Our Data Processing Agreement sets out those terms and is available publicly.
5.Sharing and sub-processors
We share data only with vendors necessary to run the Service — hosting, payment processing, email delivery and error monitoring — each under contract. We may also disclose information where required by law or to protect the rights and safety of our users. The current sub-processor list is available on request, and we give notice before material changes.
6.Retention and deletion
Account data is kept while your account is active. On deletion, data is removed from live systems promptly and from backups within thirty-five days, except where retention is required by law. You can export everything at any time.
7.Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. Contact us and we will action valid requests within thirty days. You may also complain to your local supervisory authority.
8.Cookies and analytics
We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and a limited amount of privacy-respecting analytics to understand which pages are useful. We do not use advertising trackers. Where consent is required for non-essential cookies, we ask for it before setting them.
9.International transfers
Data may be processed outside your country. Where required, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or another appropriate safeguard, and we offer regional data residency on the Business plan.
10.Children
The Service is intended for business use and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under sixteen. If you believe we have, contact us and we will delete it.
11.Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the Service changes. Material changes come with at least thirty days notice by email or in-product notice, and the version and effective date at the top of this page always reflect the text currently in force.
Version history
This is version 1.0, effective 1 September 2026. Superseded versions remain available on request, and we retain a record of which version was in force at the time each subscription was accepted.
